We’re moving forward. As part of Coperion, the company formerly known as Schenck Process Food and Performance Materials (FPM) brings you the deep process expertise, trusted brands and innovative solutions you know, and much more.
Our flagship brands—names you know and trust such as Raymond Bartlett Snow, Stock, Baker Perkins, Kemutec and Mucon—have joined the proven technology brands of Coperion. It’s a broader, deeper portfolio that enhances our ability to deliver the end-to-end process solutions we’re known for around the world.
An overview of Coperion and its many proven technology brands
Our name has changed. We have not. Becoming part of the Coperion portfolio creates exciting new opportunities to meet your process needs. The same expertise, support, service and hands-on collaborative partnership that have distinguished us for decades continue—now better than ever, with the backing and complementary capabilities of Hillenbrand to draw upon.
Most of the legal entities that made up the former Schenck Process FPM prior to the transition to Coperion have changed. If you are a current customer of or supplier to any of these companies, you’ll need to make a few updates to ensure a smooth changeover.
Our group of companies renamed as part of the rebrand process include:The former Schenck Process LLC >Is now: Coperion Process Solutions LLC
The former Schenck Process FCP Equipamentos Industriais Ltda. >Is now: Coperion Equipamentos Industriais Ltda.
The former Schenck Process (Thailand) Ltd. >Is now: Coperion (Thailand) Ltd.
Effective August 1, 2024, all purchase orders, invoices and new contracts should be addressed to the revised legal entity name. There are no changes to tax ID numbers or existing contracts. Where relevant, a new, signed W9 document will be emailed to you on August 1. There will be no changes to the Process Components Limited or Baker Perkins Limited legal entity names.
In September 2023, when Hillenbrand purchased Schenck Process FPM, our global food and U.S.-focused performance materials expertise were added to the Coperion portfolio.
Prior to the Hillenbrand purchase, Schenck Process FPM had been spun off from Schenck Process Group. Schenck Process Group continued on its own path and was recently rebranded as Qlar – a separate, unrelated company that is not part of Coperion or our parent, Hillenbrand.
Effective August 1, the former Schenck Process Food and Performance Materials (FPM) group of companies have officially changed their name to Coperion.
Leading brands in the food, pet food, pharma and cosmetic industries have joined forces to combine their competences and better serve our customers in these markets.
